On this epic journey of culture and colour, of flavour and fragrance, and of piquancy and pungency, I’ve traveled across India from my Nani’s home in Chandigarh, I’ve explored worlds new to me.Let me invite you along on the journey, as I rediscover what it means to eat Indian, feel Indian and be Indian as we find Sam the samosa, the iconic Indian masala tea, the wonderful chola bhatura, and some of my favourite foods closer to home in Singapore.

Poeartry and Art come together in this book I wrote with my mom, with my paintings and her poems. My favourite poems from these books are ‘Far away’ and ‘Stranger in the night’, with the latter being a true story (it happened to my mom when she was young)

Traditionally, bullying would involve someone pushing a classmate against the wall and asking for his/ her money. However, the convenience of social media has brought with it, its challenges. Cyberbullying has slowly risen to become a huge issue as even if cyberbullies are reported, it is often difficult to find out their ‘real’ identities. As a community and society, we must all play our part.
